Lan Party Problem

Hello, I am kind of new to the boards, I normally just read what people post. But today i am having a problem, I just went out and bought a Linksys 8-port workgroup switch Model Number EZXS88W, so 5 of us can connect and play games. But out of the 5 of us, only one can connect to the Interent with the usual IP addy from my ISP but cannot join the Lan games. The others, have a different off the wall IP in which they can lan, but have no Interenet. All's I really need, is for all 5 of us to connect to the LAN. I would love it if we could all connect to the Interenet, but for now, it would be nice just to play games lol. I know i did not explain this problem very clearly, so yea lol. Anyhow, thanks in advance. :whistling:
