When I start up my computer it goes to the windows boot screen and stays there with the loading bar still going, it will just stay there untill I force it to shutdown. This has happend before and it just took a couple restarts and then it finally loaded up, I'm guessing this is a hard drive failure :whistling: but I dont see why it did it once before and then it was fine. Doesnt boot in safe mode either.

Please Help
Thanks

Hi there

Can you try the following please :

1. Unplug any USB devices you have, then try booting up.

2. If that doesn't help, then instead of safe mode, try selecting 'last known good configuration' option instead

Let me know how what happens
