Internet explorer 7 problem

I downloaded IE7 on another user account and after a few mnths theres 2 websites i cannot access even though i know they work.I can view other websites no problem.I have tried everything i can think of and i want to go back to IE6 but as IE7 was downloaded on a different user account and that user account has been deleted it won't let me remove IE7.

Any help on this will be most appreciated
