Right click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} in the left pane and choose "Export". Name this keyold and save it to your desktop.

Then right click on UpperFilters in the right pane and choose "Delete".

Reboot and try your drive.

For some reason it still does not work.

I left a blank CD in the drive and the computer read the disk about 30-35 minutes later.
