hi. ive found that recently when i close out of an internet explorer window, i get an error message that says "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." this only happens when i shut down the window, so it isnt affecting any work im trying to do. however, it is very bothersome, and im not sure if it could be caused by a virus. ive run virus and spyware scans, but it might be something that isnt caught by those. i can't seem to figure out how to copy and paste the information it is giving in the error report. any help with this would be great.
