I have high speed internet via road runner, after coming home one day I found over a dozen web pages and a bunch of new icons on the desktop. I ran spyware killere pro and deleted everything it found. I currently have norton antivirus active and ran scan for viruses and found several. All but 5 I could delete I then got a popup window from norton saying a trojan virus was on my computer and listed it as "C:\windows\isrvs\sysupd.dll" I cant get rid of it what do I do

Hi wyzard

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
