Please help me. I left for a few weeks & came back to my computer infected with something. That's what I get for leaving my computer without a password on it. Anyway the problem is that sometimes when I open Explorer it closes randomly, and then when I try & open it back up it opens and then immediately closes again. Sometimes I cannot shut the computer off the proper way. Any help would be appreciated.
