When I initially got this MP3 player, I used my Mom's computer which has Windows XP to put songs on there. Now that I have my own computer back, it says it needs the driver. I tried to find it myself, but no such luck.

I am running Windows 98 SE. My MP3 player is Venturer: SMP3-332-128: 128 mb Sport MP3 Player.

I've went on the Venturer website to see if they had drivers, but, again, no such luck.

Help! I am getting sick of my songs and need a change!!

Thanks, Lori

On the venturer website you can click on the "contact customer support" and send them a message to see if they even have win 98 drivers for your model. Maybe they can send you the drivers thru a email. Another thing i notice is that when you buy a player from them they include a drivers cd with the player. Did you recieve a driver's cd with your player when you bought it?

My sister gave me this MP3 player when she got a new one. I did ask her if she had a CD to go with it, but she said I never. I will try the customer support and let you know how that goes. Thanks!
