My computer sends out e-mails by the hundreds all by itself. I have not even set up Outlook or Outlook express on it. I have scanned it with Norton’s both in regular mode and safe mode and it say’s no virus’ found. But I did notice that in safe mode it shows three different user accounts, Administrator, HP administrator and System. Are all three of those supposed to be there? Plus in safe mode when I go to browse for user’s to share a folder with there are quiet a few listed. It is an HP and the system restore is not working either.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated

I would strongly suggest you follow the guidelines at the top of the Malware Removal Forum and then post your issue there. If the machine is sending out emails, you have some sort of trojan or worm, which Antivirus programs won't necccessarily detect. The folks in that forum have had training to deal with these issues and should have you cleaned up in no time.
