Is it possible to upgrade your current usb ports or to buy new ones to add to a current system?

I presume you mean to upgrade them to usb 2.0. In a word, yes it is possible, but not if they're onboard usb ports. It ismuch cheaper just to buy a usb 2.0 card nowadays, you'll find them on places like eBuyer for easily under £10. High postage rates/very very bad drivers make the 'cheaper' options from eBay totally worthless, so stick with a named brand. Belkin do fantastic USB 2.0 PCI adapters :whistling:
