I have a user that uses outlook 2002. When you go to Tools > Address Book then choose where to look there are two named Contacts. One is empty and one is full. How do I get rid of the empty one?

Also the Contacts that are under their Outlook Today is different from both of the other ones. Where is the contacts stored and can I just delete them and start from scratch.

Thanks
