What is the file extension on your video files, and are the sizes of the files displaying correctly?

AVI, I am not sure if the file sizes are displaying correctly. For some reason it only works if I convert the file then it says a 42 min file is 1.68 GB. That is when I convert AVI To DVD. Thanks For Your Help

I moved your topic here because these folks have more experience than I do with this sort of thing, and I'm giving it a bump and hoping someone can help you. It may be a Nero topic, in which case you posted on the right forum, but the experts are here.

A standalone DVD player uses MPEG files so Nero would convert it from AVI to MPEG

2 Hours at standard quality will fit a 4.37GB disc

Which programme is set to open AVI files
