Hi,

at the moment you cannot change Vista's bootscreeen as easy as ist was possible with Windows XP. Programs like StyleXP "hack" the kernel and put in a ne boot logo.
There are no programs that are able to change the kernel of a x64-operating system. The other problem could be that Vista would block applications that would access the kernel.
