Certain Internet sites not coming up?!

I believe I have a virus on my computer, but cannot find it and do not know what to do. Certain sites will not come up on my computer. There does not seem to be pattern in the sites that will not come up, but the sites are important and I really need them. Help! This is my first time so I dont know what I need to put on here... can someone please help me figure out what is going on and help me fix this problem.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
