YieldManager? Hijacks and redirects, Log inside

I am new here. I just removed a bunch of stuff off my PC . Wild Tangent and other things that was bogging it down. However when I check my email on Yahoo or visit certain websites it seems as though my pages are being hijacked, it immediatley changes over and I get this message:

I also hear multiple clicks in the background like someone is clicking my mouse a bunch of times. Can anyone here tell me how to remove this?? I have ran McAfee Virus Scan, I have ran Xsoft Spyware removal and I have ran Xsoft Registry Cleaner and it still does this stuff! What is this? Please help.
