I can not burn DVD-R with Nero Anymore

All of a sudden for some reason cannot burn DVD-r at all with Nero. I go to start the burning process and it says that my drive is only CD/CD-R and that my media is wrong (DVD-R). What is going on??????????
I have been using everything fine for the last several months and all of a sudden this happened. When I go to use Sonic to record data on DVD's it works fine, but when I use Nero to burn .iso files, it says my drive is a CD/DVD drive. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
