Firstly I think you all do an amazing job. Thnaks a million.

For a while my MSN Messenger 7.5 has been playing up.
I always used to log in automatically, but one day it didn't 'remember' my log in details.
When I then tried to type them in the was a good 15sec delay after tapping the keys before anything appeared in the space I was suppoedly typing in.
After it all it kept telling me that the server wasn't available, but if I logged on using a different computer it worked as always, quick and painless.
Is my machine Possesed?
I run AVG firewall and anti-virus.
I regularly check with Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware plus.
Spybot does list a few missing files when I do an System Internals check. ???
I can't seem to get Windows update to run either. security centre says it's active, but it won't run. Not even if I go directly to the Windows site. The site claims some files are either missing, or no longer registered.

I just get so frustrated when programs stop working as they always used to for no reason.

Help!!!!!

Thanks in advance.
