I had a lot of viruses and spyware which I sorta toned down with Mcafee Security Center, and lavasoft adaware, but i still get pop ups from fake software things like "winantivirus"...cant get rid of em. Anyways, every other time i boot up my computer says it needs to terminate windows explorer...i usually just dont touch it cause then nothin happens, nonetheless this has to be bad.
