Persistant Spyware (Eyeblaster/yieldmanager/Doubleclick etc)

Hi I have McAfee AntiSpyware & run it nearly every day. Each time I get about 80 - 100 detected tracking cookies, I delete them but next time they are back! The most common include

Eyeblaster
Yieldmanager
Pointroll
Advertising
Doubleclick
casalemedia
omniture
Hitbox
Fastclick
Realmedia
Tribalfusion
Tradedoubler

I have also recently downloaded free versions of 'ADAWARE SE' Personal & 'Spybot Search & Destroy'. They too seem to pick up spyware/malware every time they run.

One of the indicators that my PC may be underperfomring is when I go to myspace.com and listen to music and the songs go to buffering and keep stoping and starting or dont play atall. Not sure if this is related to any of the above i really dont know so please forgive my ignorance Im not to handy with the technology Im afraid! Thanks alot for any help that can be offered

IE - Block Third party cookies
1. Click on the Tools button on the Internet Explorer tool bar.
2. Highlight and click on Internet options at the bottom of the Tools menu.
3. Select the Privacy Tab of the Internet Options menu.
4. Select the Advanced... button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select override automatic cookie handling button.
6. To block third party cookies select block under "Third-party cookies".
7. Select "always allow session cookies".
8. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
