i have a dell dimension 2400 with the Dell AIO Printer A920 it prints fine but my scanner just doesn't work it shows up in scanners and cameras in the control panel but every time i try to scan something it just does nothing if i use the scanner wizard it just says "the current picture could not be copied to copy this picture, click try again to stop copying click cancel"

it started a few weeks ago & no i havent changed anything lately

That's pretty strange. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

i did once but im gonna try reinstalling the drivers for it also ill tell you if it works
