Im trying to delete four programs that were downloading from mozilla off my desktop. They are partial downloads and everytime I try to download them i get a prompt saying that it may be in use by another person or program. I tried to doing this in safe mode but still get the same response.

Download and install "Unlocker"

Download here:

http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

After install, right click on folder and select unlocker. This will tell you what this folder is being used by.

You can then unlock the folder and delete. If there is nothing locking the folder, there is a delete option in "Unlocker" that works quite well.
