Hello, i'm building a new pc and need some help determining if the parts are compatible(I think they are),RELIABLE, and overall worth the money.


CASE and PS:

Everything is compatable...

cheap build overall will do fine for basic apps and internet.. You didnt post what your gonna do with the machine but the system wont be a good gaming pc unless you up the memory to 1gb and get a good video card.

Yeah i will use it for gaming eventually by adding more ram and getting a video card, but is it an overall good budget computer? My current system is a 600mhz, 192 ram, 20 gb hd setup. So i think the one i will put together should be a big upgrade from my current one, right? Also one of my main concerns is if these parts are reliable? Thanks again.

It will be a good upgrade from your 600mhz machine definately lol.

dear all,
i need help on my system.. a few days ago i decided to upgrade my ram from sdram 64 mb 133 to ddr 400mhz 512 mb... i format my hard drive but it seems that when the winxp spalsh screen appear it suddntly turn into BSOD and it prompts IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.... but when i install winME os it just seems normal and good running... but when i run the winmedia player and ms powerpoint on a full screen my system prompts kernel error and windows need to shut down... please help me..

i am running on:
ecs p4vmm2
starram 400mhz
intel celeron 1.7ghz
s3 savagepro ddr
