Everytime i tried to shut down my computer I have to force it by pressing the power button. What do you think the reason is? Is it possible to fix it myself? Please advise!!

runbox command
- press keyboard buttons: winkey + r
- paste this in slot: powercfg.cpl
- press: enter
- press tab: advanced
look and see if the setting for shutdown is correct

runbox command
- press keyboard buttons: winkey + r
- paste this in slot: taskmgr
- press: enter
- leave open and see what if it offers you any clues before you switch off

also
- boot in safemode and shutdown from there seeing if it does
