Copy Past Pictures in IE 7

I just upgraded to IE 7.0. When my son tries to copy and paste a sprite or even save spite it copies or saves with a black background even when the page background is white. This never happened on IE 6 -- only on the new IE 7.0

Has anyone experienced this? If so, how do I correct it?
