I'am running windows XP with service pack 2 and I'am having a lot of problems with pop ups

I have done the following steps so far:

1. Ran AD-AWARE - Removed approx 2000 critical objects
2. Ran CWShredder - Removed one file
3. Ran Spybot S&D - Removed over 100 files
4. Using EZAnitivirus
5. Tried to run Trendhouse call and Panda Activescan - but both kept lockingup
6. Ran TDS-3 and removed a few Trojans

I ran HijackThis with all of the Startup files turned on - however I had to turn them all off and reboot - otherwise it would have been impossible to type this - as it is I received over a dozen pop ups while typing this in less than 5 minutes

Also when I go into Taskmanager I have a lot (40) processes running even with all the start up programs disabled

Here is the HijackThis Log

ANY HELP AT ALL WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
