I am buyng a new processor, i need a 775 should i go for a p4 600 series 64 bit, a pd series or an intel core duo, i would get the 1.86 core duo up to a 3.4 ghz dual core pd series or up to 3.6 ghz in the 64 bit p4 600 series

I didnt see you list the Intel Core 2 duo. The intel conroe core 2 duo is what I would personally go after. I would stay away from the pentium d dual core series because even the lowest end conroe e6300 at 1.86ghz beats the Pentium D 930 at 3.0ghz. Yes the Conroe e6300 is dual core aswell.
