UnHidding The Local Settings Folder.

My "Local Settings" Folder was set to "Hidden" I set it to "NOT HIDDEN" and when I restart it goes back to "HIDDEN" how can I fix this problem?

Are you going to your control panel>appearance and themes> folder options and setting them there? Do you have "remember each folders view setting" checked? I also have "hide extensions" and "hide protected" unchecked. I do like having "show hidden files and folders" checked too.

"remember each folders view setting" is checked. It is not a Super Hidden Folder.
