im having problems with my cpu being overused.. by i dont know what. its mostly the sound stutters when other programs are runned.. and it just lags. i really dont know the problem and this wasnt happening before it started a couple days ago.. i ran scandisk and defraged both of my drives and even tried going back to a restore point with no luck.. can anyone help me out?
