Hi there

I have a blue screen at the moment on my laptop with the following information.

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

***STOP: 0x00000050 (0XA65288A1, 0X00000000, 0XA654881, 0X00000000)

I think it is a piece of spy/mal ware in the form of a trojan.

Have tried F8 safe mode - to rename the file and try to repair it but it wont even start up in any of the safe modes.

Any help or advice will be gratefully recieved!

Thanks

Yeh I looked at those but its the booting that is the problem.

I could reboot from scratch but would prefer not to. If anyone has any idea how I can get into Command Prompt from the start without having to boot I can sort the problem using the windows fixs website.

UNPLUG YOUR COMPUTER

HOLD POWER BUTTON 30 SECONDS

REMOVE SIDE PANEL

DO YOU HAVE 2 RAMS (MEMORY STICKS)

IF YOU DO YOU HAVE PHYSICALLY REMOVE THEM

SWITCH THEM AROUND THE ONE IN THE FRONT TO THE BACK

AFTER YOUR DONE THIS PLUG IT BACK IN

UNPLUG EVERYTHING BUT YOUR KEYBOARD AND MOUSE
