I keep getting a "fatal error"

Itunes won't startup so I thought by reinstalling Quicktime maybe I could get it to work!

Thank you!

Hi. When did this start? Have you made any changes to your system recently?

Nope, no changes to my system...

It started recently, like 4 days ago, when Itunes wouldnt open, I just get an error and that it needs to close. The same is true of some other media players. So I decided to fix the problem by reinstalling quicktime...but it won't let me :-(

Any error codes associated with it? Any files listed?

have you updated itunes recently? what version are you running?

There have been some documented issue and the solution depends on what version your running.

thanks,
