Hello i've been having some problems with VOIP in game.
My mic works on Teamspeak and Ventrilo but not on games
like Battlefield 2142 Call Of Duty 2 ect.BUT I would switch to
my other computer with the SAME mic and it would work in
game and teamspeak I have NO idea whats wrong I'm in need
of assistance!

Try these things...


make shure you set up the mic properly on the problem pc..

make shure that you have the speak key assigned to the right key your pressing..

make shure the server allows voice communication..


go to your \Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142 directory, and run the BF2142VoiceSetup.exe file, and follow the prompts. When finished, click the 'Save Settings' button and the relevant settings in the Audio section will be adjusted accordingly.

Check your mic gains and in your volume properties make shure that the mic is infact enabled or loud enough.
