VirusBlaster/W32 Worm Problem

I've pretty much taken care of everything; Ad-Aware SE Personal, Ewido in Safe Mode, SmitFraudFix in Safe Mode, and Online Free Panda ActiveScan Report. I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me what I could do to prevent any further infection, and check my HiJackThis logs to see if anything need be fixed.
