I have a Dell 2350 series computer. My issue is with the Ultimate Mail Program, inside the Printshop 20 program. When I go to print an envelope from the address book, I can't save any customized settings for the envelope size. If I try to "Save as" the program kicks me back to Printshop. About 3 months ago, I did get one error message: Invalid data.. but have not seen that message since.. If I save a customized setting, I end up with a lot of defaults under that size envelope and I can't delete them. I have un-installed the print shop program and re-installed it to no avail and recently learned that doing this does nothing to the Ultimate Mail manager or the address book. I have also, un-installed my Dell printer 920 and re-installed it with updated drivers, suggest by Broderbund Tech Support, this also did not work. I have deleted the Address book and opened a different file for it and re-entered all my addresses, but the Print Wizard still does not work right. I have been using this program for 3 years with out any problems and within the last 3 months, it has been driving me crazy.
Any help out there for this problem?
