Please help with what at&t screwed up and cant fix

computer is a gateway gt5082 running windows xp 2
computer is 1 1/2 months old
amd anthlon ™ 64 *2 duel
core processor 3800 +
200 ghz, 2.00 gb of ramm

using or trying to use dsl.
2 phone lines in house both using the fixtures, one computer directly connected to the modem
everything is updated,*drivers included and firmware*
already replaced the modem and teh ethernet card

after phone calls everyday, sometimes up to 4 times a day somehow at&t has made my computer ...well here let me show u ...*basially they made me change something new every time, and i oloose connection about every ten minutes, modem lights are always on, and icon says im connectedm but im not..ok so like here is a ipconfig /all report

~~~~ so since gateway says its not them anymore, and At&t says they have no clue(halthough they made me make thises nice changes anyways....im at a standstill~~~~~~~~~~~~

also more info my ip address changes all the time and sometimes the ip, gateway, both dns servers, and teh dhcp are all 192.168.0.1
also when loosing connection i loose all ip/default ect..numbers (do this by going to the status /support/properites)


oh and i can also supply a technical readout thats lmao wow to look at cuz it dont make sence*the matching numbers and stuff that is*

Disable IPv6.

Network Connections -> IPv6 -> Uninstall
