I recently bought an Alienware Sentia m3450, but I had to reformat my computer because something went wrong. After I rebooted my system, my System Mechanic 6 told me that there were hard drive problems, but after several tries, I have not been able to get it to disappear. My computer has slightly slowed down in fitness. There are no differences on the device manager that i can see, except for one that has an exclamation mark. It's called serial and its under non-plug and play. The non plug and play is under hidden devices.
