No problem. As far as I know, there is no way around the password protection problem. I don't believe there is a way to set up the rule to enter the password anytime it attempts to access the folder. I am by no means an outlook expert, however, so don't give up. :tazz:

do what i have told you in the beggining and you would not go wrong. Just delete the rules that you did before. if this is not what you are intended to do give me a hola and i will correct you if you are stuck
