I recently cloned two drives, one a HP with windows ME, the clone was
successful but when i turn on the computer I get the message that
there is no operating system. When I turn the computer off and back
on it boots up correctly. The next time it gives me the no operating
system message again. I did the same thing on a Dell with windows
98, only this time the message reads hit F-1 to reboot. Can anyone
help me with this?

I assume these are larger, faster hard drives? Have you checked to see if there's a BIOS update available?
