just ripped a 250 GB HD out of a tivo dvr. can't get it to show up under my comp even thought it is listed in the device manager (driver functioning properly). I'm thinking I need to download the drivers but i can't find any even on the Western Digital site. Any1 know where I might find them???????????????????

It's not a driver issue. Windows doesn't need third-party drivers for hard disks. Have you set the slave/master jumper correctly, is it partitioned and formatted for Windows compatibility (unlikely if it's been pulled from a tivo). probably needs current partition deleting, new one creating, then formatting.
