My CPU is running at 100%. Task manager is showing that client.exe is running at 98. Is it safe to end this process and what is it?

client.exe is a process from GipsyMedia Ltd allowing users to search for offline media guides, such as TV guides. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling it is down to user preference. Will not harm anything if disabled.
