I am having a problem opening "Platinum Poker". The program is experiencing an error and needs to close. I did uninstall and reinstalled again however, the same message is coming up. Would this have something to do with the software or my browser?
Also I can not delete another program in add/remove programs. It says it can not open the log file to delete, any suggestions?
Thanks!

If you have a folder for it in programme files, move it to my documents and reboot

Doyles said it had been uninstalled and now it is removed from add/remove programs. I do use Platinum Poker quite frequently and it is still not starting up.

I contacted them we went through the steps of deleting the cookies etc. however, it is still saying that the client software can not open. The person said I have a corrupted file and deleting all of the appropriate data should enable me to redownload. How do I make sure I have deleted all 'corrupted' files and make sure nothing else is corrupt?
Thanks

Then it could be the temp internet files they are talking about

On a web page, click tools, internet options, advanced, tick do not save encrypted pages to disc, tick empty the temorary internet files folder when the browser is closed, click apply

Click general and delete files including offline content, delete cookies, close the browser
