IE trouble

There's something vaguely wrong with my browser - I try to use a calendar from Trumba.com but have to hit the "reload" button everytime I want to make a change (that is, the page loads fine, but when I try to choose to make a change, I have to reload the page and then I can make changes.) Also, (and I know this is quite a petty excuse, but a symptom of a bigger problem) BestBuy.com has a sweepstakes - I try to load the page and it only loads about 75% and then freezes - I haven't noticed any browser problems on any other pages, but these two seem like there's a problem with my computer.
