Quick question......

Will Corsair memory work fine in a Gateway GT5064 desktop?

Came with 2 x 512. Would like to add another 2 x 512.

Thinking about this from Newegg...........

CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail 109.99

I have never had a system reject Corsair RAM, but I've read reviews about motherboards that had issues with it. There's really no way to know other than giving it a try. It should work fine. If possible, it's usually better to match the RAM that you already have, but you shouldn't have any issues.
