when i first sign on to my homepage this page comes up with "vmmdiag32,exe."
it states it could not be found and when that happens i cannot navigate. my puter does not recognize my
isp. please , help, i have run spybot, avg and adaware with no success.
I am disabled and housebound so my puter is very important to me .
the other problems seem to be "e-group instant access" and smupd which is microsoft update, of what
sort i do not know.
if someone can help it would be appreciated, greatly.
