Video Card Issue - Geforce 7600 GT OC

Hi Guys

When I try hooking up my PC through the HDTV dongle that came with my GeForce 7600 GT OC which went into my 50" Plasma HDTV's component inputs, for some reason the picture is completely blue washed. Meaning everything looks like it's blue lol ... and the quality is terrible.

My settings were at their highest levels for the card as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
