Hi basically iv never encountered a problem like this im sure most of you havnt either, basically i play online games and I use ventrilo to speak to others with, recently it kicked me off the server that they use and thats where all the problems started, now it is refusing to connect to certain sites along with the actual server i use; the following are a list of sites i cant connect to and give the same error as this chap is explaining http://www.geekstogo...te-t135568.html,

www.ventrilo.com
www.afterdawn.com
www.geekstogo.com (i am using a friends computer to post this)
www.thottbot.com,

also my vent server my guild uses in wow (world of warcraft) is dallas6.nationvoice.com,

I have done a ping test on all of them and it comes back as "request timed out" over 4 hops and in total says 100% loss, i have rung my isp and they said that it is not a problem at there end, however all these sites work perfectly on the computer and internet connection i am using to type this message on.

I am considering quitting world of warcraft as it is essential that you can speak to other members, i have tried everything, deleting my firewalls completely, even did a full disk scrub and reinstalled windows and that hasnt corrected the problem, :whistling:

if you can help at all it would be marvelous i am at my wits end and just want my usual setup back

Kindest regards,

Paul
