Is there a reason that my 8gb Sony Walkman mp3 player is SO SLOW when going through songs?! Is it a problem with my player or are they all like that?

what do you mean going through, do you mean scrolling down through them

maybe adjust the scroll speed, or see if its a common problem by googling it, if it is sony may have released new firmware, so search theis website
