I bought a new MP3 Sansa Sandisk player and attempted to install the software on my ibm laptop. I received the following error message:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. Class not registered

I am presently logged into the computer as ADMINISTRATOR.

What can I do to install the software?
