If the price waas not an issue, is the corperate edition better? or is there no difference?

Corporate edition CD's are used with network installs of the OS on all the computers in the network which means no activation is needed and there is unlimited installs on computers. The problem some people have when they happen to chance onto one of these cd's is microsoft will check before letting you download service packs and updates so you will not be able to get any of the updates.

Other than that they are exactly the same.
