hello

was just wondering about the new intel core 2 duo processors

if i bought a comaptible motherboard and installed on of these processors, would i have to get the 64-Bit version of windows.

Because on this intel site it says they all come with 64 architecture:

http://www.intel.com...cifications.htm

awating a response

No you do not have to get a 64bit operating system. It just means that its 64bit ready or 64bit compatable and is just stating that for those that want 64bit...

XP home or professional or media center will work on it.
