error 1076 and hp photo gallery

hi there,
every time starty my computer this messege shows up

(error 1706. no valid source could be found for product photo gallery. the windows installer can not continue. and there is an ok button) and it seems to go in a loop.
tried removing the whole hp printer software... but it didn't help.

i am going to use msizap.exe but i dont have a clue wht that is.... help help!!!!
